Weight loss injection requests

Weight Loss Injectable medication (Tirzepatide) is prescribable by the practice under very limited clinical circumstances to those patients with the highest clinical need.

You will be contacted directly if and when you are eligible – so we kindly ask that you do not contact your GP practice or book appointments about Tirzepatide medication unless invited to do so.

In the meantime it would be helpful for you to provide us with an up-to-date height and weight reading so that we can add this to your record. There is a health monitor machine in reception that you can use for this.
