Appointments

Please be advised that you should arrive Five Minutes Before your scheduled appointment time. Please make note that if you arrive late for your appointment you will be asked to re-book. This policy has been put in place to provide a more efficient service for our patients and to avoid long waiting times

Our surgery operates an appointment system which is monitored daily. Every effort is made for appointments to be arranged at a time convenient to patients. If you wish to see a specific doctor or nurse, please be aware there may be a delay. Urgent cases will always be seen on the same day.

We also offer telephone consultations to discuss any issues which may be appropriate to deal with over the telephone.

Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to keep it. This enables us to offer you another appointment if appropriate and offer the cancelled one to other patients.  We will be monitoring patients that do not cancel their appointments in a timely manner and writing to them, hopefully to ensure that they do not do the same again.
