Hounslow Youth Counselling Service offer a free, 1-2-1 counselling service just for young people. The service is confidential and anyone aged 11-25 who lives, works or studies in the Borough of Hounslow can self-refer by calling 0208 568 1818. Physiotherapy

You can refer yourself to physiotherapy if you’re registered with a Hounslow or Richmond GP. This includes problems relating to: back, muscular, skeletal, joint, tendon and cartilage pains or aches. Visit the website www.hrch.nhs.uk/physioreferral

getUBetter is a safe and effective way to help you self-manage your injury or condition at home, work, and on the move. The app covers a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Anyone 18 or over who needs help with a joint or muscle problem. Follow the link to access your local health service, then select your GP practice, as well as the condition you’d like support with.

Termination of Pregnancy Services

NUPAS have been providing termination of pregnancy services for over 50 years and have over twenty clinics nationally with overall “Good” CQC ratings consistently at all locations.

Weight Management Services

Richmond Weight Management Programme, a new service accessible locally for eligible patients. This is a free, evidence-based, 12-week programme designed to support you with weight loss, recommended for good health and disease prevention.
