Prescriptions

The quickest and easiest way for you to request medication is via our new Patient Triage service.

To submit your prescription request please follow this link https://florey.accurx.com/p/H84044.  Then select ‘I have an admin query’ then ‘repeat prescriptions’. 

If you are registered for Online Services or the NHS App you can still request your regular medication via these methods.

Should you wish to request your repeat prescription in person you can still bring the request in to the surgery. Our computerised paper prescriptions have a counterfoil for you to retain which lists all current medication. Please tick or cross the box of each item you are requesting.

Unfortunatley we are unable to accept prescription requests via telephone as these could create errors.

Please allow three working days for all prescription requests.

For long-term medication your doctor will wish to see you periodically for review.
