New Patients

New patients will find details on registration at Reception. Every patient is registered with The Green or Fir Road Surgeries and not with an individual doctor.  Please see the Acceptable Forms of ID heading to clarify what ID you will require to provide on registration. Please note that we are always open to discuss this matter as we are aware that some individuals may have problems providing the requested ID. All new patients are requested to complete a health questionnaire.

The Green Surgery

The Practice catchment area runs along King St past Twickenham Station, down Whitton Rd, along the A316 to Apex Corner. It then comes back along the A305 and turns right into Sixth Cross Road and then turns down Wellington Road to Hampton Road. It then runs along Hampton Road and heads north up A309, Waldegrave Road joining the A310 back to King Street.

Fir Road Surgery

The Practice catchment area begins at Nallhead Rd at its junction with the A316 and then continues between the two reservoirs turning south along the railway line until the junction with Uxbridge Rd. It then turns north on the A312 until the River Longford runs adjacent at which point the line bears left and follows the river until it runs under the A316 at Apex Corner. The line turns left and follows the A316 until the junction with Nallhead Road
