All the doctors in the practice provide full maternity services and are qualified to advise on all aspects of family planning including the fitting of Mirena Coils (Intrauterine Contraceptive Devices-IUCDs).

Cervical:
You are eligible for routine cervical screenings between the ages of 25-64.
Between the ages of 25-49 you will be invited for a routine cervical screening once every 3 years.
Between the ages of 50-64 you will be invited for a routine cervical screening once every 5 years.
Cervical Screenings are done by our Practice Nurse. We operate our own recall system for these appointments.
During pregnancy, the recommended vaccinations include the Pertussis vaccine- which protects against tetanus, and the Influenza vaccine- which protects against flu. We offer both vaccinations at our surgeries. These vaccinations are available if you are over 28 weeks pregnant, please call the surgery to book an appointment.
The doctors are keen for all children to be fully immunised. Child Health checks for all children under 5 are performed by health visitors.
Shingles vaccination are also available for patients. Please contact the surgery if you are eligible.
All Non-NHS consultations may be arranged by the receptionists who will be able to advise on current fees.
