General Data Protection

For further information please go to the Services/Data Protection tab.

We have introduced a new policy for the collection of prescription/correspondence. If you wish another person to collect items from the surgery they must bring a signed letter of consent and the person nominated in the letter must bring their ID which will need to be shown before release of these items.

Health Help Now

Health Help Now is a website that aims to help people find the right service for their health needs. Especially when they need medical help fast but it is not a life-threatening emergency.

It lists common symptoms and offers suggestions for treatment, with the one which works best for most people listed first. Health Help Now then links through to local services and shows: whether they are open or closed, their location and directions.
